Nominated for Best Documentary at the 2022 Academy Awards, this fierce film is a testament to the brilliant work of brave women journalists at the Khabar Lahariya, India’s only all-women-run news organization. The event is co-presented with Fondation Alter-Ciné and the South-Asian Women’s Community Centre.
