Cinema Politica Sault Ste. Marie

Behold the resurrection of Cinema Politica Sault Ste. Marie! The local has been revived with a fresh set of organs: Ears and Eyes.

Ears and Eyes are curators of awesome. We eat, sleep, breathe Sault Ste. Marie and exist to shape a more vibrant community by promoting the local music, art and creative culture scene. We are a 100% youth-led collective of artists, musicians, writers, activists, community organizers, show-goers and promoters, and along with our community partners are bringing back Cinema Politica to the City.

In doing so we hope to enlighten, educate, and inspire local change makers. We will work to co-create a safe space for our friends to gather and discuss relevant issues within our community and the world. Our goal is to inform and empower the movers and shakers of our community with the knowledge to make positive changes in all aspects of the global community.

We welcome everyone willing to meet new people and think outside the box, especially the youth generation. We’re always excited to meet new friends and are encouraged by people making waves in the City.

CP screenings will be available at various locations across the City including Café Natura, 180 Projects, the Art Gallery of Algoma and Algoma University (among others).
